A dud was discovered on Jan. 7 at the planned construction site of Higashi Elementary and Junior High School (1-19, 2-chome, Mikasa-machi.) Evacuation is advised for the area within a radius of approx.200m of the removal work spot and the area becomes off-limit from 08:00 on March 17 (Sun) until the work is completed.
Evacuation-advised area and surrounding alleys and streets will be closed for any traffic (in accordance with Disaster Countermeasures Basic Act.)
All the residents residing or working within the evacuation-advised area will be asked to evacuate to safer places. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.
